  • Request a booking form

Purpose: To manage your booking request and the reservation of your stay and all the administrative tasks derived. If applicable, to process the guarantee of the payment. 

Legitimisation: The user’s consent when requesting a booking via our form.

Recipients: No data assignment is foreseen, except those legally provided. In particular, your identity document will be assigned to state security bodies as obliged by law (Ley Orgánica 4/2015, de Protección de la Seguridad Ciudadana) and other legally provided assignments.

Storage: Until the day of the booking, if no new processing is carried out, and subsequently during the legally provided timeframe.

  • Sending emails.

Purpose: To answer your requests for information or suggestions and deal you’re your doubts and queries regarding our service or products. In case of receiving your CV, to have your curriculum to take part in our present or future personnel selection processes and check work references.

Legitimisation: The user’s consent when requesting information via our email address and when sending us their personal information and curriculum for our personnel selection processes.

Recipients: No data assignment is foreseen, except those legally provided.

Storage: Once your email request has been answered, if no new processing has been generated. Your CV will be stored throughout the personnel selection processes in progress and during 1 year for future processes.

The supply of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years, or, if applicable, sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

The personal data requested are necessary to manage your requests and failure to do so signifies we cannot attend to your correctly or fulfil the purposes described above.

We reserve the right to decide whether or not to process your personal data.


Your data are confidential and will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required. 

Your identity document will be assigned to state security bodies as obliged by law (Law 4/2015, on Protection of Citizens’ Security) and other legally provided assignments.
